I'm a Los Angeles-based designer from Minneapolis with a degree in cognitive science and a specialization in computing from UCLA. I aim to create tools that distill a sense of identity in users and to transform the relationship between user and product by encouraging authentic communication through accessible design.
With extensive coursework in psychology and computer science, I solve real world problems with design, creativity, and storytelling. I have a wide range of experience in a multitude of fields that is connected by my interest in human interaction and materialized into a passion for product design. Product thinking has been the basis for every one of my interests, though it took me some time to recognize it. My first clue was how much I loved my early customer service jobs because it was a chance to be exposed to new perspectives and a chance to make someone’s life a little easier and more fun.
I’m always looking for the next challenge and the opportunity to create better, more beautiful experiences for others.
